Romanian Ambassador Expresses Keen Interest in Sindh’s Key Economic Sectors

The Romanian Ambassador to Pakistan, Dr. Dan Stoenescu, expressed significant interest in investment prospects within Sindh during a meeting with Governor Kamran Khan Tesori at the Governor House today. The discussions centered on bolstering economic ties, with the Governor formally inviting Romania”s business community to explore opportunities in the province.

Governor Tesori highlighted what he described as vast investment potential, specifically directing the invitation towards the industrial, educational, and technology sectors of Sindh”s economy.

Beyond economic matters, the two officials reached an understanding to enhance bilateral relations by strengthening educational, cultural, and technical linkages between Pakistan and Romania.

The meeting concluded with several symbolic gestures, including the hoisting of both national flags. Ambassador Stoenescu participated in a tree-planting initiative by planting a sapling on the Governor House grounds and also recorded his impressions in the official guest book.
