Islamabad, September 06, 2020 (PPI-OT): The Vice Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Mass Movement (JKMM), Abdul Majeed Mir, congratulating the Pakistani people and government on the country’s Defense Day, expressed the hope that Islamabad will continue its efforts and play its selfless and historic role in taking the Kashmiris’ freedom movement to its logical conclusion.
Abdul Majeed Mir in a statement issued in Islamabad extended his best wishes for Pakistan and said that Pakistan was a stronghold of the Islamic world. He added that Pakistan was playing a significant and valuable role in resolving the Kashmir dispute as per the wishes of the Kashmiri people.
Praising Pakistan for its moral, political and diplomatic support to the Kashmir cause, Abdul Majeed Mir hoped that it would continue to do so in future. He said that a stable, strong and prosperous Pakistan was imperative for the resolution of the Kashmir dispute and prayed for prosperity, integrity and solidarity of Pakistan.
