Systems Limited Reports 53% Increase in Fourth Quarter Earnings Amid Strong Regional Growth

Karachi: Systems Limited announced a significant increase in its fourth-quarter earnings for the calendar year 2025, reporting a 53% rise in profit compared to the same period last year. The company's profit after tax reached PkR3.1 billion, translating to earnings per share of PkR2.1, up from PkR2.0 billion and PkR1.4 EPS recorded in the previous year. This growth contributed to a full-year profit of PkR11.0 billion, a 48% increase from PkR7.5 billion in 2024.

According to AKD Securities Limited, these results, released in a press statement, align with their estimates. Systems Limited attributed the revenue growth to substantial increases in the Europe, North America, and Pakistan regions, reporting growth rates of 84%, 21%, and 15% year-over-year, respectively. The company's revenue for the fourth quarter reached PkR23.0 billion, a 20% increase from PkR19.2 billion in the same period last year.

The company also reported an improvement in gross margins, which rose to 30.4% from 24.0% in the fourth quarter of 2024. This increase was largely driven by better margins in the MENA and Pakistan regions, which improved to 29.4% and 27.4%, respectively, up from 26.8% and -4.1% in the previous year. In addition, Systems Limited declared a final dividend of PkR2.0 per share, slightly exceeding AKD Securities' projections.
