Teenage girl injured by a stray bullet at Salman Tower in Karachi’s Malir City

A 17-year-old girl was injured by a stray bullet in a troubling incident that occurred at Salman Tower on Sunday, according to an official police report.

The victim has been identified as Hania, daughter of Siraj. Following the incident, the teenager was transferred to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for immediate medical treatment of the wound.

Officials from the Malir City police station have confirmed the incident and stated that a formal investigation into the matter has been launched.

The investigation is ongoing, while the source of the gunfire that caused the young girl’s injury remains unknown.
