BAKKAR:Three labourers, travelling back to their native places to celebrate Eid, were killed and 20 others critically injured in a horrific collision between Toyota Hilux and a Shehzore loader van on Bhakkar-Jhang Road in Bhakkar on Thursday.
On being informed of the tragic mishap, traffic police and Rescue 1122 personnel rushed the site and started rescue operation.
The injured are being shifted to Bhakkar District Headquarters Hospital and an emergency has been declared in the hospital, said a rescue official.
The Hilux vehicle, he continued, had been travelling from Shorkot to Lakki Marwat when it collided with the Shehzore loader.
