A 50-year-old woman was killed and a youth was injured in a tragic traffic accident between a 22-wheeler trawler and a motorcycle near Chund Bharwana railway station.
According to rescue services, the woman who died on Thursday morning was identified as Aziz Fatima. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other rider, 18-year-old Aun Khan, sustained minor injuries in the incident.
Authorities confirmed that Khan was sent home after receiving immediate medical attention for his injuries.
