SITE B police have successfully arrested two members of a notorious four-member gang involved in stealing rickshaws by intoxicating their owners.
Police sources revealed that the suspects were part of an organized group that strategically intoxicated rickshaw owners and then stole their vehicles. Efforts are underway to locate the remaining members of the group.
