LARKANA:A 35-year labourer Muhammad Punhal Dayo was run over by a wagon coming from behind near Otha Chowk due to which he died and his wife and minor daughter were injured on Tuesday morning. They were residents of Sono Jatoi village and were coming to get medical treatment.

They were immediately rushed to the emergency department of Chandka Medical College Hospital where duty doctors announced his death. The injured include wife of the deceased Bano Khatoon and their 5-year daughter Sughra Dayo who have been admitted for further treatment.

Their heirs said that the affected family was coming on a bike to Larkana from their village to get treatment when they were suddenly hit by a speedy van from behind which resulted in a death and injuries to two others. After necessary medico-legal formalities, the body was handed over to the relatives for final rites.
