In a concerted effort to drive the national anti-polio campaign, Additional Deputy Commissioner Najibullah Kakar chaired a meeting with monitoring officers and zonal supervisors, stressing the critical role of local authorities in vaccinating children. According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, during the meeting, Additional Deputy Commissioner Kakar highlighted the importance of the anti-polio efforts as a national priority and called on all involved to treat the task with the utmost seriousness and care. He emphasized that the health and future well-being of children are at stake, and as such, any negligence in the administration of polio vaccinations would not be tolerated. The meeting underscored the need for diligent and responsible action from all personnel involved in the campaign to ensure that all children up to five years of age receive polio drops and are protected from the disabling effects of the disease.
