KARACHI: Karachi University (KU) Mass Communication Department’s final year students on Friday organized a seminar on ‘Media Education’ at the KU.
Adressing the seminar, teacher Dr Osama Shafiq said that media is an important pillar of the state. All institutions of mass communication need honesty and a responsible attitude. A journalist must be responsible and follow journalistic ethics.

Faheem Siddiqui, Imad Soomro, Abbas Mumtaz, Mubasshir Mir, Aalia Naz, Naimat Khan, Rizwan Jaffar and Shahzaib Ahmed also spoke.
