SHIKARPUR: Seventeen Pak Army soldiers were looted on Madeji-Larkana Indus Highway secion within the jurisdiction of Gaheja Police Station on Sunday.
According to a report, a gang of bandits intercepted a van of Pak Army soldiers traveling from Khuzdar to Punjab near Shikarpur on gunpoint. They deprived them of their mobile phones, cash, ID cards and other valuables.
The looted soldiers were identified as Adil, Jawed, Zeeshan, Mehboob, Qasibullah, Zeeshan Hyder, Zahid, Irfan and others.
The outlaws easily managed their good escape as usually after looting the 17 Pak Army soldiers without any fear of police and law enforcement agencies.
The search for the robbers was underway.
