Pakistan Muslim League-N has claimed that its performance in Punjab is exemplary, with remarkable development in a short period serving as proof. In a statement on Thursday, the Pakistan Muslim League-N stated that 20,000 kilometers of roads have been constructed in the province, connecting numerous areas and significantly improving accessibility. Alongside this infrastructure expansion, the construction of over 100,000 houses is underway, aimed at providing better living conditions for citizens.
Advancements in healthcare are equally impressive, with Pakistan’s first public cancer hospital nearing completion. At Mayo Hospital, 20 cancer patients have recovered thanks to modern medical technology. Additionally, new cardiology centers in Rawalpindi, Sargodha, and Sahiwal are now operational, enhancing cardiac healthcare in the region.
In an effort to improve public health, medicines worth 100 billion rupees are being distributed for free. This initiative is part of broader efforts to make healthcare accessible to all, and 1.5 million ration cards have been distributed to support those in need.
Educational infrastructure has also seen a boost with the construction of 50,000 classrooms, reducing overcrowding and improving the learning environment for students. Environmental improvements are also notable, with a 60-70% improvement in air quality and water purification, addressing long-standing issues of smog and pollution.
