A young man was killed in a road accident on the National Highway near Shora Mori, located eight kilometers from Thatta, on Friday.
According to a police report, a speeding trailer ran over Bilawal, son of Qadir Bakhsh, a resident of the Waswani locality in Thatta, when he was riding a motorcycle. He suffered severe injuries and died instantly at the scene.
The local police arrested the driver of the trailer and shifted the body to the Makli Civil Hospital for a post-mortem examination. After completing the necessary formalities, the body was handed over to the bereaved family.
