Citing the recent conflict with India as a testament to national resilience, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar today committed to transforming Pakistan Television (PTV) into an all-inclusive platform for every citizen, emphasizing that the country”s honour is intrinsically linked to its unity.
Speaking during a special broadcast marking PTV’s 61st anniversary, the minister articulated a vision for the state-run network to serve all Pakistanis, irrespective of caste, colour, creed, religion, or race.
Tarar assured that the national broadcaster would enhance its offerings with diverse and entertaining content, aiming to build upon its significant legacy and foster a sense of ownership among the populace.
The Information Minister also underscored the nation”s foundations in Islam and delivered a message to the country”s youth, urging them to always prioritize Pakistan above all other considerations.
