The Additional District and Sessions Judge Khairpur has sentenced four individuals to life imprisonment for the crime of abduction and sexual assault, along with imposing a fine of 50,000 rupees each.
The Additional District and Sessions Judge Khairpur, on Monday, convicted Muhammad Hashim Mahesar, Naeem Mahesar, Nadeem Mahesar, and Muhammad Bakhsh Gopang of gang rape after abduction.
This heinous crime occurred a decade ago. The culprits attacked a residence in Kamaldaru village, abducted a young woman named (H), and subjected her to sexual violence.
Following the verdict, the convicts were transferred to Central Jail Khairpur under strict security arrangements.
