The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Balochistan has made significant drug seizures in a series of operations across Quetta, Chagai, and Kech.

According to an official statement on Saturday, ANF personnel recovered a substantial quantity of illicit substances from various locations in the province.

In an operation in the Baramcha area of Chagai, the force seized 367 kilograms of opium, 55 kilograms of hashish, 19 kilograms of ice, and 79 kilograms of cannabis seeds. Additionally, 58 kilograms of opium seeds were also confiscated.

Further operations in Quetta’s Akhtarabad, near the western bypass, led to the recovery of 180 kilograms of heroin and 169 kilograms of hashish from the possession of two alleged traffickers.

In Kech district, a separate operation resulted in the recovery of six kilograms of ice from another suspected drug trafficker.

FIRs have been registered against the accused, and investigations are continuing, according to the statement.
