QUETTA:Government of Balochistan has notified opening of all the Administrative Departments (to the extent of Civil Secretariat only).
A notification issued by Services and General Administration Department here on Friday says, “With prior approval of the Competent Authority and in continuation of this Department’s Notification No. S-II-5 (27)/ 2020-S and GAD, dated 21st March, 2020, the Government of Balochistan is pleased to open all the Administrative Departments (to the extent of Civil Secretariat only)”.
It says, “Furthermore, the Heads of all the Administrative Departments are directed to only call their Deputy Secretary (Development/Budget) and Section Officer (Development/ Budget) along with two Stenographers or Clerks for disposal of budgetary matters only due to the approaching closure of financial year and advise the rest of the staff to work from home and remain on call all the time”.
Notification says, “It is further directed that all Administrative Secretaries to the Government of Balochistan may direct the staff working under their control to not to leave their station of duty as their services may be utilized by the Government at any time”.
It says, “The Administrative Secretaries are requested to furnish the details of relevant officers / officials to this Department by 1st June, 2020 positively, for issuance of their entry passes to facilitate their admittance into the Civil Secretariat”. Notification further says, “No visitors will be allowed to enter in the premises of Civil Secretariat till further orders”.
