KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has extended felicitations to the People’s Unity of PIA Employees for its overwhelming victory in the referendum for CBA Union of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA).

In a felicitation message, the PPP Chairman said that the results of the PIA employees referendum has once again proved that Pakistan People’s Party is the true representative party of the working classes across the country. He said that officials and workers of the Peoples Labour Bureau (PLB) deserve praise for the success of People’s Unity of PIA Employees and instructed the newly elected CBA President Hidayatullah Khan and other officials to resolve the problems of the employees of the organization on priority basis.

“The way that the Peoples Unity swept the elections in all the stations and PIA employees reposed their confidence in the PPP shows the level of workers’ trust in the ideology of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and the current Party leadership,” he added. Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari pointed out that Peoples Unity of PIA Employees grabbed ten times more votes than PTI’s union, which again manifested that the working class of Pakistan has rejected the narrative of Imran Khan based on falsehood and negative propaganda.
