A husband and wife riding a motorcycle were killed while their young son was critically injured after being hit by a speeding trailer in a tragic road accident on Depalpur Road on Saturday morning.
The incident claimed the lives of approximately 52-year-old Irshad and his wife, approximately 65-year-old Sahib Bibi. Both were residents of the Klasan area of Depalpur and died on the spot.
Their 30-year-old son, Naseem, was severely injured in the accident.
According to rescue officials, after completing necessary procedures at the scene, the bodies of the deceased and the injured person were shifted to the hospital.
Relevant authorities have confirmed that an investigation has been launched to determine the exact cause of the fatal collision. In light of this incident, authorities have also issued instructions to citizens to ensure full compliance with traffic laws to avoid similar tragic events.
