QUETTA:Dr Rubaba Khan Buledi, Parliamentary Secretary for Health, has said that under the leadership of Jam Kamal Khan, Chief Minister Balochistan, effective strategy had been devised to cope up with COVID-19 pandemic and that was why the ratio of mortality caused by COVID-19 pandemic remained lower in the province than other sister provinces of the country.
In a statement issued here on Sunday, Buledi said that during the month of May, 2021, 31644 tests of COVID-19 had been conducted which was indeed a record. She added that testing capacity of novel corona virus had been increased in Balochistan.
