The Euro and the British Pound Sterling registered significant values in the interbank market on Saturday, with the latter crossing the 377 mark at its upper end, according to figures released by the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan.
The Pound Sterling was listed with a lower value of 374.71 and an upper value of 377.71. Concurrently, the European single currency was quoted within a range of 328.17 and 331.24.
Meanwhile, the United States Dollar remained a key focus for traders, with its value recorded between 280.63 and 281.30 during the session.
Among other international currencies, the Japanese Yen was priced between 1.76 and 1.83.
Rates for key Middle Eastern currencies were also provided, with the UAE Dirham (AED) posting a band of 76.62 to 77.38, while the Saudi Riyal (SR) stood between 74.81 and 75.36.
