Political dialogue between the government and the opposition committees commenced at the Parliament House in Islamabad today with Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq in the chair.
Ishaq Dar, Rana Sanaullah, Irfan Siddiqui, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Syed Naveed Qamar, Abdul Aleem Khan, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and Dr Farooq Sattar are representing the government side.
Asad Qaiser, Raja Nasir Abbas, and Sahibzada Hamid Raza are representing the opposition.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had ealier formed a negotiation committee comprising members of the government following the recommendation by National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, who had been approached by Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar for negotiations among the ruling coalition and the opposition party PTI.
