KARACHI: Pakistan Meteorological Department reported on Thursday that continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country, and today, mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while very hot in south Punjab and upper Sindh. However, light rain-wind/thunderstorm may occur at few places in Kashmir and surroundings.

During the past 24 hours, weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country, while very hot in plain areas.
