Srinagar, January 17, 2019 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, scores of women staged a protest demonstration to press for the release of their relatives who were detained in November last year by Indian police and were later handed over to the India’s National Investigation Agency (NIA).
The relatives of the detained youth took to the streets at Rajouri Kadal in Srinagar and blocked the road for hours. The protesters raised slogans against handover of nine Srinagar youth to the India’s NIA. They raised slogans in favour of the release of their jailed near and dear ones.
