An event commemorating “Youm-e-Suqoot-e-Junagarh” (Junagarh Fall Day) will be held on Saturday, November 9, at 8:00 PM at Junagarh House on Fatima Jinnah Road, organized by the Junagarh State Muslim Federation.
Governor Sindh, Kamran Khan Tessori, will be the chief guest at the event, while the Nawab of Junagarh, Nawabzada Ali Murtaza Khanji, and the President of the Junagarh State Muslim Federation, Muhammad Iqbal Sandh, along with other officials and members, will deliver speeches.
It is worth noting that on November 9, 1947, India illegally occupied Junagarh, despite the state’s decision to accede to Pakistan.
