ISLAMABAD: A three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan on Tuesday heard the contempt of court case against Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhary.
During the proceedings, the apex court issued notice to Talal Chaudhary to explain why the contempt of court proceedings should not be initiated against him.
As Talal Chaudhary sought time to hire a counsel, the bench adjourned the case till Tuesday next.
