KARACHI:Interior Minister retired Brig Ijaz Shah on Wednesday visited Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), at Karachi on Wednesday. He was briefed in detail by DG Rangers Major General Omar Ahmed Bukhari about ongoing operations, the prevailing security situation and the way forward for Karachi operation.
The minister commended the sacrifices and achievements of Sindh Rangers which has brought about significant improvement in the law and order situation in the City so far.
The minister said that determination, courage and resolve of Sindh Rangers, to rid the City of the terrorists and criminals have earned them widest respect from the people of Karachi. He reiterated that across the board operation focuses on the entire network of terrorists, their abettors and financiers, and will continue till we achieve our objective of peace and restore normalcy in all parts of Karachi.
