ISLAMABAD:Prime Minister’s Advisor on Climate Change Malik Amin Aslam Khan has said that environment is government’s priority agenda as it committed to provide clean and green Pakistan to coming generations.
He was talking to a delegation of World Bank led by its Country Director Patchamuthu Illangovan here. The Advisor said clean green Pakistan initiative has a special focus on five major areas including Plantation, solid waste management, liquid waste management, and availability of clean drinking water.
The delegation expressed World Bank’s willingness to cooperate with Pakistan to deal with solid waste management, agriculture and water related issues.
