2 operatives of motorcycle lifter gang arrested in Islamabad, stolen vehicles and weapons recovered

Law enforcement agencies in the capital have successfully arrested two members of an organized criminal gang involved in multiple incidents of motorcycle theft, marking a significant development in security measures across the city.

In an operation conducted by the Koral Police Station on Tuesday afternoon, ten stolen motorcycles worth hundreds of thousands of rupees were recovered. Investigators also recovered various motorcycle parts, cash, and a firearm with ammunition, allegedly used during the robberies.

This recent success is part of a larger ongoing crackdown against criminal elements and organized gangs across the city. According to reports, the police are conducting coordinated and effective operations with the aim of dismantling criminal networks.

The Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Islamabad has affirmed that all legal requirements will be fulfilled to ensure the detained suspects face due punishment for their alleged crimes.
