Member of the Balochistan Assembly Nawab Muhammad Aslam Khan Raisani today called for accepting the rights of all federating units of the country.
This he said while talking to journalists during a luncheon hosted in the honour of the newly elected office-bearers of Sarawan Press Club Mastung. Raisani said recognizing the rights of federating units was essential for improving the country’s situation.
He highlighted the issue of enforced disappearances in Balochistan, stressing that addressing such matters and strengthening democratic processes were necessary for national stability. He contrasted Pakistan’s progress with neighboring countries, emphasizing the need for effective governance and development.
Raisani also announced plans to discuss new power feeders and gas supply for Mastung with utility officials.
The event was attended by prominent figures, including Nawabzada Mir Raees Raisani, journalists, and members of the press club.
