The price of gold in the local gold market saw a significant increase on Thursday, with the value of 24-karat gold per tola rising by Rs 7,900 to reach a new high of Rs 523,962.
Similarly, the price of 24-karat 10-gram gold recorded a substantial increase of Rs 6,773, settling at Rs 449,212. The price of 22-karat 10-gram gold also closed at Rs 411,792, with an increase of Rs 6,209.
This bullish trend was also seen in the silver market, where the price of 24-karat silver per tola increased by Rs 358 to Rs 8,404. Concurrently, the price of 24-karat 10-gram silver reached Rs 7,205, with an increase of Rs 307.
This increase in local prices reflects developments in the global market. In the international market, the price of gold rose by $79 to $5,012, while the international value of silver also saw a clear increase of $3.58, being recorded at $79.20.
