An injured suspect was arrested today morning in the Azizabad area following an exchange of fire between law enforcement agencies and alleged suspects, while his three accomplices managed to escape from the scene.
Officials confirmed that Gulrez Khan was arrested after the encounter. During the operation, the police also seized a pistol and a Toyota Corolla car. Raids are being conducted to search for the three escaped individuals.
In another separate operation, the police conducted a comprehensive search operation in the Arambagh area of District South and its surroundings today.
During this operation, more than 50 individuals were screened and checked. After verification, officials detained two suspects and took them into custody for further investigation.
