A tragic railway accident occurred today at Jang Shahi Railway Station when a part of the braking system of the high-speed Tezgam Express detached, affecting several individuals, resulting in one fatality and one serious injury.
Anwar Khaskheli was tragically killed in this accident, while Ghulam Nabi Khaskheli sustained severe injuries. Both individuals were near the station when the part suddenly broke off the Tezgam Express and struck them with great force.
According to rescue sources, emergency services responded immediately, transferring the body of the deceased and the injured person to Civil Hospital Makli for urgent medical attention.
According to reports, the affected individuals belonged to Sabz Ali Brohi village in Jang Shahi itself, where they earned their livelihood through manual labor, particularly stone breaking.
