HARNAI:Parliamentary Secretary for Excise and Taxation Laila Tareen, has called on authorities to cancel test / interview conducted by Abdul Rasheed Nasar, former District Health Officer (DHO), Harnai for filling the positions lying vacant in Health Department, district Harnai and instead conduct tests of vacant posts afresh under the supervision of an impartial District Health Officer, Harnai.
Addressing a press conference at her residence here on Saturday, she said that when Dr. Abdul Rasheed Nasar, DHO, Harnai was transferred, he did not hand over written test of candidates for filling the technical slots lying vacant in district Harnai to Dr. Muzafar Shah, who had been posted as DHO, Harnai. She said that Dr. Abdul Rasheed Nasar, former DHO, Harnai wanted to sell the vacant posts and that was why he was reluctant to handover the solved papers and other documents pertaining to the test conducted for filling the vacant posts of Health Department in district Harnai of Balochistan province.
She said that besides raising the issue on the floor of Balochistan Provincial Assembly, she had brought the matter into the notice of Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo, Minister for Health, Secretary, Health Department, Government of Balochistan and Director General, Health Services Balochistan. Tareen called on authorities to cancel test / interview conducted by Dr. Abdul Rasheed Nasar, former, District Health Officer (DHO), Harnai for filling the positions lying vacant in Health Department, District Harnai and instead conduct tests of vacant slots afresh under the supervision of an impartial District Health Officer, Harnai.
