QUETTA: Advisor to Chief Minister for Home and Tribal Affairs and PDMA, Mir Ziaullah Langove, has said no stone would be left unturned to rehabilitate the flood affected people of district Kalat within limited resources.

These views were expressed by him while presiding over a meeting held here on Saturday to review rescue, relief and rehabilitation operations being under taken in the flood affected areas of district Kalat.

Relief goods to about 600 flood affected families of district Kalat had already been provided, said he adding that the recent flood had destroyed the crops of onion and trees of apples in Pindran, Gazak, Johan, Nechari, Nemargh and Grani areas of district Kalat besides damaging structures and causing loss to human lives. Langove said, “It is a big challenge, however, no stone will be left unturned in the rehabilitation of flood affected people of district Kalat”, said Langove.

Praising the services of the staff of Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) and district administration Kalat during rescue, relief and rehabilitation operations, he said, “Steps should be taken to repair all roads of the district”.
