KARACHI:Coronavirus disease claimed one more life in Sindh province during the last 24 hours, taking the viral disease death toll to 48 in the province since the outbreak of the pandemic.
According to the Sindh government data released on Saturday, 138 new coronavirus cases have been detected across Sindh during the last 24 hours. Around 22,938 tests have been conducted so far out of which 2,355 were positive for COVID-19. A total of 592 patients have been recovered from the disease in the province.
In Pakistan, a total of 7,674 coronavirus cases have been detected so far out of which 3,410 were in Punjab, 2,355 in Sindh, 1077 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 371 in Balochistan, 250 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 163 in Islamabad, and 48 in Azad Jammu Kashmir.
