While speaking to Pakistani journalists during his visit to the United Kingdom, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif expressed his administration’s commitment to the country’s development, distancing himself from any political power struggles. He said, “We are not part of a race for power. We want the progress and prosperity of Pakistan and are striving to meet the country’s economic goals.”

The Prime Minister highlighted the government’s active measures to eradicate poverty and reduce unemployment. He also emphasized the importance of attracting investment, especially in sectors that can drive growth and modernization, such as agriculture, information technology, artificial intelligence, and mining.

Shehbaz Sharif pointed out the crucial role of the youth in the country’s future, stating that Pakistan’s large youth population is both a challenge and an opportunity. He stressed the importance of equipping them with the necessary education and skills in technical fields, IT, agriculture, and AI to accelerate the country’s development.
