Karachi Police’s Targeted Operation, 7 Gamblers Arrested, Stake Money, Playing Cards Recovered

District City Police, during its operation on Thursday, arrested seven habitual and professional gamblers on charges of running and participating in a gambling den. The arrests were made within the jurisdictions of Eidgah and Chakiwara police stations in Karachi.

Law enforcement agencies conducted these raids as part of a crackdown against gambling activities. The seized evidence includes gambling money, betting slips, and playing cards, which were recovered from the accused. The detained individuals have been identified as Umar Zada, Umar Rehman, Muhammad Afzal, Muhammad Rashid, Muhammad Siddique, Muhammad Imran, and Muhammad Aziz.

Following their arrest, cases have been registered against the accused at the respective police stations. The accused have been handed over to the investigation authorities for further legal proceedings.
