20 dead as motorcycle-rickshaw plunges into canal

Dera Ismail Khan:At least 20 people died when a Chingchi-rickshaw fell into a canal near here on Tuesday.   As per details, a rickshaw carrying people attending a marriage party, mostly children, fell into local CRBC Canal.
