QUETTA: Minister for Home and Tribal Affairs, Mir Zia Langove called on Inspector General of Police, Balochistan, Muhammad Tahir Rai at DPO office here on Tuesday.
During the meeting, law and order situation and other issues of bilateral interest were discussed. Speaking on the occasion, Mir Zia Langove said that all necessary steps would be taken to protect lives and properties of people, adding that no one would be allowed to take the law into hands.
He said that writ of the law would be ensured at any cost. He said that Balochistan police had rendered great sacrifices for maintaining law and order situation in the province.
Meanwhile, Mathar Niaz Rana, Chief Secretary, Balochistan called on Governor Balochistan, Justice (Retd) Amanullah Khan Yasinzai at Governor House here on Tuesday. Overall law and order situation of the province, ongoing socio-economic projects initiated for the progress and development of the province and other issues of bilateral interest came under discussion during the meeting.
On the occasion, Governor Balochistan, Justice (Retd) Amanullah Khan Yasinzai congratulating Mathar Niaz Rana on assuming the charge of the post of Chief Secretary Balochistan and said that the incumbent provincial government had committed to providing all basic facilities to the people at their threshold.
